OK, a little more detail.
The guy had sildenafil (the active ingredient in Viagra) in solution form and chugged an unknown, but apparently, large amount. It was most certainly way above the recommended dosage. He also waited two days to see a doctor by which time the damage was irreversible. It was also purchased off the internet which leaves open the possibility of an adulterated product.

i take 50 mg. no problem.
