Do top dancers "retire" to OTC

NJBalla
New York
I've been in the game some time, and have noticed a huge drop off in NJ talent this year. 2 years ago I had 7 great club options and these days only 3. And even in those 3 I'd say the top talent has dropped off. My theory is the economy has allowed the top girls to go from dancing 3 nights a week to maybe doing OTC for a selection of regulars. Anyone else know any dancers who now live comfortably off OTC?

if you mean strippers who became full time hoes, yeah, there are plenty. Lots of full time hoes use strip clubs to fish for tricks though, so leaving the clubs altogether isnt a good strategy. Instagram and SnapChat are ways they get tricks if they're not at the clubs though. Hoes also don't always rely on just a few repeat tricks, they'll use them but are always open to new ones.

Founder is in the process of applying for an NSF grant to study all these questions - we'll have all the "how-many/what-percent" questions solved then

There are some who believe its easier and less effort to make money hoeing. But that usually changes after a few months. Some would also argue that being a street walker is more lucrative in the short term than online hoeing.

Seems like they retire to being escorts, or to working at UHM dive clubs, often ones where front room makeout sessions are common.

In some places this might mean "Lingerie Modelling" places, ones where GFE-FS is the norm.

We don't have those here right now.

According to my research, dancers are pretty-much all about the $$$ - i.e. not uncommon for some to dance-less or even stop dancing if they have a regula(s), or sugar-daddy(s), that contribute what they need - i.e. some dancers would rather not have to deal with the club if they have enough OTC income coming-in - how much this is affecting the current state of ho-affairs is hard to know - like most-things w.r.t. strip club bizarro-world, there are often multiple-variables at work

strip clubs arent bizarro world. some would just rather be full time hoes without the club

Perhaps the PLs that are heavy into OTC can answer as to whether they've noticed a difference w.r.t. dancing-regularity w.r.t. their OTCees - I'd venture to PL-guess that guys that spend well and regularly on their OTC girls, that those girls may decrease their club time

I have known strippers who go on to become escorts, bodyrub girls, or dominatrices. But I don't think that's what NJB means by "retire to do OTC". I think he means building enough of an OTC business with her strip club customers, that she can quit the club and just do OTCs with her regular OTC customers. I've never known that to happen.

I do know strippers who quit stripping, and used OTC to supplement their (lower) income as they transitioned to a real-world job. And I've known strippers who relied strictly on OTC while between stripping gigs. But a long-term "job" of just OTCing, with comparable income to stripping, I have never heard of ... if they want to do that indefinitely, they eventually have to become full-blown escorts with ads, etc.

At our underground Mexican bar circuit, all the girls were hustling up all the OTC they could, and they did lots of servicing of regulars, really really go at it too.

Yeah creep, the girls were hustling while you were hustling the slim Mexican hat dancing boys.

Good answers and right on the money subraman. More reasons for me to start taking down numbers in case girls dissapear. Sometimes I take a girl who shows up routinely for granted. I think I've lost 5 of my favs over the past year. These girls were consistent and timely dancers for the past 3 years.

    Taking down numbers?

Girls don't like being put on a shelf. What they want is for you to see them and fuck them frequently.

My ATF took about 10 months off from stripping and made a very good income fro OTC with 3 customers. One of the 3 got very possessive and wanted her to promise to not see anyone else. She told him to fuck off ansd started dancing again.

As Subraman mentioned, unlikely a stripper becomes pure OTC as her business model bc one of the two gets sick of the other, i.e. OTC relationships end sooner or later and finding a regular willing to consistently spend big bucks is not that easy - i.e. it doesn't look like it's a sustainable business-model - the ones I've seen stick to solely OTC via a good regular or sugarddaddy usually do so for a few months at a time b/f the gravy-train runs dry and they come back to the club, or they rely on OTC while they're transitioning into something else.

I don't get why no one wants to call OTC a session with a hooker when that's what really happens. Euphemisms like ATF or CF or dancer or whatever are meaningless, if she's hoeing she's a hoe.

Not from what I've seen. Most of the dancers I've seen OTC used it as a supplemental income stream and the ones who "retired" usually dropped off the radar completely. Also, strip club regulars are often not reliable over any length of time, which these girls know all too well.

Now that is not to say that I've never ever seen something like this. But in those extremely rare instances, the girls didn't dance for long and went into it from the get-go with the goal of snagging escort clients from the club. That doesn't seem to be what the OP is talking about here. I've also seen girls take breaks when they snagged SDs, but in most cases they ended up back in the club when those train rides were over.

I guess any level of OTC is a dancer finding a whale to be her sugar daddy. I have seen 20 page "Where are they now?" threads about porn stars who did just that. One of my favorite porn stars has a husband that goes to my gym. I wonder if he jerks off to her films.
