Legally speaking, yes. And if he has assets like a strip club and possibly a few other businesses, then it should be a decent amount too.
If things turn sour, I would imagine she has a harassment claim to boot.
The law says yes. To be more clear, the manager's child has a right to child support from him.

Happens all the time. When a stripper gets pregnant by an owner or regular we call it "going to florida". We then never hear or see the stripper again.
Women don't have the right to child support; children do.
