After lots of research I'm going to start part time in the commercial cleaning business.. yes I'm going to do one of the major franchises.. figure I can learn all the ins and outs then after five years I can break free and do it for more cash Gotta start somewhere so I'm rolling some dice

Franchise fees suck. Consider working for a franchise, learning the business and then setting up your own.
