CHARLOTTE— Police in North Carolina say a female worker at a strip club was sexually assaulted and a second worker robbed after leaving work.
Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Lt. Muriel Hughes told a news conference a woman left work at Club Onyx, went home and heard voices outside her front door. Hughes said the woman saw two men wearing dark clothes with bandanas covering their faces.
Hughes said Wednesday the armed men forced their way into the woman’s home and sexually assaulted her, stole items and forced another woman to stay in a bedroom.
In a previous case, Hughes said the victim left the club and was driving toward a friend’s house when a man with a handgun walked up, took some of her belongings, got into a car and fled.
It could be her otc clients.
