Sometimes when I’m in a bad I go to the club to get away from reality. Usually the club environment does its magic and after watching the show and getting a few private dances I’m back to normal. Sometimes the club environment just exacerbates the problem and I wish I had stayed away. Other than sex, drugs, and alcohol, what alternative activites fix a bad mood?

Exercise can help. Just getting outdoors - if it’s not raining - and taking a walk - helps.
