No. It’s sort of a fantasy thing I suppose and I get that. On the other hand, I’m guessing the reality of what it’s really like would be a disappointment.
Sorta been once. It was a private house party with a buncha strippers. I got there just as it was about to start. Their dressing room was a private den. But some brainiac either was misinformed or lied and told me that's where the bathroom was, which it was, but it was for them to use. I went inside the den, ran into all the strippers in all states of undressed-ness. Assured them I was lied to. They didn't mind. As I passed thru, they thought it funny to reach out and try to strip me and were twerking, grinding naked butts into my groin as i tried to make it to the restroom. Sounds like fun and a fantasy, but honestly, I was scared. Lol. Them chicks were mighty strong and there were quite a few of them. And it's awkward walking thru a tight space while having hands try to disrobe you. I was wearing my super sheer pajamas commando, so I was especially panicked that they'd be ripped apart. I made it to the bathroom. Leaving the bathroom they were less grabby and more focused on getting ready. I was amazed tho how so many ladies can be on top of each other in dressing rooms like it's nothing.
Been in a couple. One was at a little go go bar that I use to hang out at, nothing special, actually was asked to help move a table in there (got a free beer for that). Another was at a place that only had 1 VIP booth, a girl was hogging it for over an hour so a dancer took me to the dressing room for a private dance. Neither was anything to really talk about, just tables with makeup and hair dryers, a couple of mirrors, and lockers.

That's where I figure the dancers are cranky, eating from styrofoam trays, only partly made up, sweats, ratty T-shirts, tampons and makeup brushes strewn about, basically balancing out how sexy they may be trying to be on the floor by being totally unsexy in the back.
No. From what little I know, that's where a lot of drama and (relatively...) honest opinions happen.

yes, in a few clubs. some while the place was opened some after closing. Most of the time it was boring and was way too business like but a few times it was wild.

That's an off-limits area to custies; hard to imagine many custies having been in one - I def would like to be in one - I guess I've always been a bit of a voyeur.
A small black club I hit once in a while has the dancer "dressing room" in b/w the front/main-room and a back-room where one could get dances - it was the size of a walk-in closet and 4-dancers was a crowd - it had a curtain for a door but sometimes the dancers left it open while they were changing - was walking to the back-room once and there were about 3 dancers changing - even though I can see them naked in the front or back room, it was still kinda exciting to see it - IDK if it's the wiring in my PL-head ever-since I was a kid of always wanting to see women naked/changing-clothes, or the naughty aspect of looking when I was not supposed to look;but for w/e reason it turned me on to see it.
I think how they act in the dressing-room is indicative of who they are vs how they act in the main-room when interacting w/ us - and often times it seems to be a stark difference (per some vids I've seen online of dancer dressing-rooms).
Papi: This is part of why I like to spend time talking with dancers before I get dances. I tend to skew towards girls who don't put on as much of a show in terms of being loud and boisterous personality-wise (that doesn't mean they're bad dancers or not aggressive in the back, though). I skew toward the ones who can have an intelligent conversation.
I imagine most of the girls I get dances from don't talk to a lot of the other girls in the back, or have a small clique they stick to and that's it.
My point is that how they act and what they say when they're with us is mostly IMO different than how they act and what they say when they are not by our side - i.e. while in the main-room "they are in character".
Most Miami clubs are overwhelmingly non English speaking Cuban-dancers - I'm Cuban myself but look Anglo/European - most Latinos think I'm Anglo - I often don't tell the Cuban dancers I am Cuban and I interact w/ them in their broken-English and they never find out - i.e. I've been on the floor next to dancers speaking in Spanish listening to what they say and how they talk about custies all the while they thinking I couldn't understand - and I've heard some things that made me cringe - one example was a dancer that I had seen earlier being all over some old fat guy like if the dude was Leonardo DeCaprio; then a while later I overheard her making fun of him w/ her dancer-buddy that she could never find the guy's dick when she was dancing for him b/c of his fatness and they were laughing it up w/ the poor PL non the wiser and probably thinking "his girl was different" based on how she treated him in his presence like he was the king of France.
^ I think it would be too-much for the avg "yeah my CF really likes me" PL to take, that's why I didn't tell you - plus you'd probably be in denial and not believe me.
Just a couple months ago I did the exact opposite: escorted my CF into the men's room.
