Tonight I saw a customer come stage side, sit down, call the dancer towards him and she comes over the stage into his lap, straddles him, and grinds for a little bit. Shortly after, she's back on stage and turns slightly on her side, ass towards him waiting for him to put something in her string. He doesn't, nor did he have any money out showing to begin with.
So they talk for a bit. I'm assuming her telling him he's supposed to tip after that. Dude seems to be playing dumb or broke. So the dancer calls over the nearest bouncer and the customer is hovering to overhear while they talk. Eventually the bouncer turns to the man and in a calm way it appears I can believe tells him he must tip and dude is holding up his card like that's all the cash he has.
So dude walks towards the bar as if he's looking for the ATM. Finally makes it over to the ATM and from what I could see he doesn't even begin a transaction. So the dude now walks into the main seating area and sits with his party as if nothing happened. I continue to look for a few, but either the bouncer forgot, didn't strongly care, or thought the guy tipped her, because by now the stripper had rotated stages and was on the other side of the club.
So all that history just to ask, has anyone ever seen a customer get some stage play and not tip?

Only time I’ve seen stage play with no tip is when a dude went up to the stage and talked to the girl for a minute to get her to come by him so he could get a private from her, but it wasn’t like this guy you describe just trying to greet freebies.
