Stage Play Without Tip

Tonight I saw a customer come stage side, sit down, call the dancer towards him and she comes over the stage into his lap, straddles him, and grinds for a little bit. Shortly after, she's back on stage and turns slightly on her side, ass towards him waiting for him to put something in her string. He doesn't, nor did he have any money out showing to begin with.
So they talk for a bit. I'm assuming her telling him he's supposed to tip after that. Dude seems to be playing dumb or broke. So the dancer calls over the nearest bouncer and the customer is hovering to overhear while they talk. Eventually the bouncer turns to the man and in a calm way it appears I can believe tells him he must tip and dude is holding up his card like that's all the cash he has.
So dude walks towards the bar as if he's looking for the ATM. Finally makes it over to the ATM and from what I could see he doesn't even begin a transaction. So the dude now walks into the main seating area and sits with his party as if nothing happened. I continue to look for a few, but either the bouncer forgot, didn't strongly care, or thought the guy tipped her, because by now the stripper had rotated stages and was on the other side of the club.
So all that history just to ask, has anyone ever seen a customer get some stage play and not tip?

If the dancer had come on her own and he didn't grope her, he doesn't owe her a tip - but if he calls her over and/or gropes her and doesn't tip then he crossed the line.
I saw a customer come to a club - carrying a backpack, a lacrosse helmet (with face cage), and a lacrosse stick - which he put on the bar. He was enjoying the stage views - and there is a strong dollar parade. Finally a dancer stopped and started going off on him - telling him that he needed to tip her. The guy had no cash - so she told him to get money from the club atm. He didn’t have enough money in his account. He had an iPad in his backpack - so they gave him the clubs WiFi password - and he made a transfer. He kept going back to the atm to check - until the money was available. It was a very strange situation to watch.
You bring up a good point and as I was thinking forgot to mention. In my brief hiatus and resuming the hobby, I haven't had any recurring visits with the same girl. A known stripper I've done OTC with several times has begun to flake out and/or exceeded her shelf life.
With that said I do hope to find a potential candidate(s) and put in spending/time with her. Unfortunately, the last two that were "Oh I HAVE to see her again" I haven't been able to come across again.
