The way this is going, everyone is going to quit or be canned by the Donald. Like the way the congressional members and the House of Representatives are not running for reelection due to their dislike of Trump.

No big deal; Trump always says, "I'm the only one who's important" when asked about all the ambassadorial vacancies, so this must be following that philosophy.
One may support or reject Pres. Trump's policies on their merits. That's what politics ought to be about. His style of governing makes it difficult, if not impossible, to get passage for anything important. Some Republicans are beginning to believe that Trump's eight year administration will force them to deal with childish tweeting, name calling, bullying and intimidation that will block the enactment of the GOP/Trump agenda. So leave and let someone else try and adapt to the new way of doing things.
One could hope that Pence will take over should Trump leave. Pence is solidly Republican. I think the country can handle that as they desire. Trump is a loose cannon. We see it every day.
