  Probably tap my foot, to let him know someone else was in the restroom. If that didn't work, maybe swipe my hand under the stall divider in case he was deaf or hard of hearing.

  When there's 5 stalls, you go to one on the end (all the others are empty) and some moron goes to the one right next to you. Ugh!

  @ppwh best be careful you'll end up in jail for soliciting an undercover like that congressman in Kansas City with his wide stance.

  Find some porn tunes on your phone and turn up the volume? Then have it interrupted by sirens and a voice saying this is the police. Put your hands up, turn around and back out of the stall. You are being detained since you are a suspect in a crime scene. We want to know everything you did for the last hour. Then you turn off your phone and hurry on out. Requires preplanning though. Tell the manager there's a pervert in the men's room who says he wants to talk to the manager or the police. I'm not sure if all this would be legal or not.
