As far as Mexico, TJ looks like a paradise. Some people on TJA have moved there.
But at least going by doxyspotting, Mexico City looks to have the very best street scene in the entire world.

I'm still somewhat new to this, but which states do you guys believe to be "extras states?" I'm sure Tijuana is great, but which American states are known for this?
As has been mentioned, it's not a per state thing - it's a per city thng - 2 cities next to each other can have vastly different ordinances.
Cities where you can get your PL brains fucked for sure:
Detroit (if you can't get fucked there then might as well become a monk)
Miami
Atlanta (Follies mainly)
High mileage cities are more of the exception - there are other cities but the ones I listed have good clubs and are fuck-friendly

I realize I'm over-simplifying, but Tourist town are generally terrible.
Myrtle Beach isn't what it used to be AFAIK.
At one time I traveled extensively in the US and Europe and for the price there is not a better place than Washington Park (East St. Louis). Yesterday I had sex at the dance stage at one club $90, at another I had 2 girls sucking my dick $75, and at another I had 3 girls jacking me off at the dance table and me kissing and fondling their pussies $170. Occasionally I've been ripped off but mostly I get what I want at reasonable prices. The only place I've had a better time is in Amsterdamn in the 90s before they implemented stricter rules.
One other thing I lived most of my life in Texas, California, and Georgia and none of them compare to the East St. Louis area as far as extras at a reasonable price and the primary reason I chose to move to St. Louis because of the quality of the strip clubs on the east side.
The block was always good in Baltimore in the past but you needed to have an unlimited supply of Penicillin or expect to have parts falling off your body........never partook myself ( and I'm not giving away any secrets--hell the Police station is right around the corner and they all knew what was going on--same with the political types.....)
If you read the reviews on here I think it becomes obvious where you get more bang for your buck..... bad pun intended.
