I'll echo the "London?" comment. London is an ace city but I don't see how you could put it on a top 10 sex tourism list.

I am a Londoner by origin so I am biased. But if I am honest I would certainly not put London anywhere near third on such a list! However there is a vibrant escort scene and there are some parties if you are into that sort of thing. The strip clubs are mostly tame because of local licensing rules and of zealous enforcement of those rules.

Sydney is another one I wondered about. It's a beautiful city and I'd visit any time but I don't ever remember seeing that much of a sex scene, though in fairness I wasn't looking.

Prostitution is legal in Australia, so there might be some interesting establishments to visit.
