Here in San Jose we have the best Vietnamese Coffee Shops in the entire USA. But there are no sex acts going on in such places. The girls do not do OTC or any kind of P4P either. They are actually more conservative than the general population, and they are conformist too. Vietnamese girls on the whole are difficult to deal with.
Now in other countries that could be a different matter, there are BJ and FS, and OTC places. As I have read, these are at least in Thailand, Vietnam, and Korea.
But our Viet Coffee shops are fun to hang out in, and you can try to civilian date the girls.

But you will get better results if you find ways to make it work with local girls. This is how I see it, better at places where you can be a regular.
