I've never been to Vietnam but it wouldn't surprise me. In China you can get a blowjob in a barbershop! It's aces!

Here in San Jose we have the best Vietnamese Coffee Shops in the entire USA. But there are no sex acts going on in such places. The girls do not do OTC or any kind of P4P either. They are actually more conservative than the general population, and they are conformist too. Vietnamese girls on the whole are difficult to deal with.
Now in other countries that could be a different matter, there are BJ and FS, and OTC places. As I have read, these are at least in Thailand, Vietnam, and Korea.
But our Viet Coffee shops are fun to hang out in, and you can try to civilian date the girls.

Well they aren't for sex. Vietnamese girls are datable, but this does not mean that they are easy to get along with. Can be quite difficult. We used to talk about this all the time on SF Redbook.
