That's a good point about legality Papi and if the guy was a truck driver who was trying to beat a drug test for work, I wouldn't participate.

In this case, the guy is in an outpatient private facility rehab program, so they just test from time to time to see if they have relapsed. If they relapse, they need to re-enter rehab full-time. So, it's private rehab and not job related.

I know who the guy is and he works in retail, so I know he doesn't have a safety related job that would put others at risk.
