I doubt he'll get charged w/ anything related to prostitution, it seemed to be a one-on-one thing w/o a 3rd-party involved such as an escort agency that he paid $$$ to - she was basically his mistress and it will affect his marriage and possible divorce but not a prostitution charge IMO.
