I was in Munich recently, stuck my head in the door at a few clubs and gave one a proper visit and a TUSCL review. As far as I can tell they are mostly scams, the kind of place where they hint that if you just buy that bottle of sparkling wine (no it's not Champagne) you might get some unspecified favors. They seem to prey on business travelers from the middle east and east Asia.
