I really think abolishing and replacing those laws ranks between securing the borders and legalizing marijuana... Maybe third behind repealing Obamacare.

Yeap - to me non-p4p rules are akin to alcohol prohibition - people just wanted to drink and people are gonna wanna p4p even more - the drive for sex is inborn where alcohol isn't, yet they couldn't stop people from wanting to drink even less from wanting p4p.
