Peso just took a huge dive and trumps not even in office yet. Hong Kong and the tj whorehouses look even better now. I'm taking a vacation to Tijuana soon.

I wrote an article yesterday that is currently in review on this very subject. A group of us TUSCLers took a trip last weekend to TJ thinking that the Peso would climb back after the election. Maybe it's time to plan another trip.
I see the Mexican Peso slipped a bit yesterday, but only a bit. I checked only against the dollar though.
The peso has dropped significantly. I took a trip last weekend to TJ when it was around 18.90 Pesos to the dollar. It got as low as 20.75 to the dollar last night. It currently sits at roughly 19.75 to the dollar, which would mark around a 5% drop in less than a week. Keep in mind that the rate was around 12 something to the dollar before beginning a tremendous slide 2 years ago due to low oil prices. So you can buy a lot of shit when you convert your money to Pesos before buying sexy-times.
