I don't know where this proposition originally came from.
But what I also find interesting is that originally porno movies were underground, and by many considered illegal. With this proposition, they would make it go that way again, but they would also be legitimating the industry if they complied.
And then likewise about the measure in Georgia, wanting money for sexually exploited children, if the strip clubs pay that then they are being legitimated as a special class of industry.

For myself, I'd rather that they not have the Indian Casinos or the Marijuana shops.
But I did tell Nina that if it gets decriminalized, that I won't press for re-criminalization.
There is a California proposition on the ballot now to totally decriminalize it.
But about the prono movies and the condoms, I am still surprised, because much of our society would still like to pretend that such movies don't even exist.

This was before their first and eponymous album. I like that, but I like this better.
Though I've never really been a fan of Sammy Hagar. It is not really his singing, it is just him that rubs me the wrong way. They say he has a brother who is a "Christian Rocker". Well that does not surprise me in the least.
And then it was not that far back that all porno videos were seen as illegal anyway. The men covering their faces. Is this how it will be?
And where is this condom idea coming from, especially since not that far back there were large anti-porn crusades. This in effect removes all remaining ambiguity and legalizes it.
Most Curious!

What I mean is that the people who purposed this bill were ( I assume) getting pressure about porn, demoralizing of our nation, adult industry, etc crap from some of there voters. So they put forth this bill to make it seem they are doing something.
I hope it gets defeated. Porn is already a huge regulated industry.
Like others have stated the tax income it will lose from the industry, income taxes on the stars who have residency in the state, sales of porn vids, property taxes on the studio's once they move out of the state, etc.
good old moral law trying to get passed.... yet like mentioned... pot laws, gambling, etc. (I could care less about either one just using as example).
But I remember Aurora Snow putting in her $0.02 in an article some time ago, one nearly the same subject. It had to do with the mandatory STD testing. A male model didn't have his paperwork. He knew it was required but didn't have it. The producer still want to shot and complained when she wouldn't go for it BB. Since he didn't have paperwork then it was condom only. And she had to stand her ground on it.
Personally, it would be more life like if it showed the guy struggling to get the condom on while his partner just sat there waiting.. Maybe telling him to hurry up.
If the spray on condom is a real thing, porn will just adapt and keep going. The only peoblem I see is the break needed to peal off the latex spray before a cum shot.
