I got little 4got's nails ground down at the groomer's yesterday. When I went to get the little guy back the groomer told me he was a good dog! She said that dachshund's sometimes bite without warning but he just sat there and let her grind his nails back.
I said "brilliant!" ;)
Moral of the story: if you want to use the dachshund system get yourself a good dachshund! ;)
