New Dive Club in Vegas?

Does anyone know what's going on at the former Foxy's on Highland Drive in Las Vegas? It has a sign that says "Centerfolds." I read on another site that it's re-opening as a new club by that name, but whenever I drive by it's dark and there's no one in the parking lot. The old Foxy's was nothing special, but it served a niche for high-mileage dances for a decent price, if you could find a girl you like. Vegas has a lot of high-quality clubs at very high prices, some lower-quality clubs at very high prices, and some cheap clubs that you wouldn't want to set foot in. There are only one or two where you can have fun without breaking the bank, and we could use another one of those, so I had hopes for Centerfolds.

Semi-related: Up the road a bit on Highland Drive, Sheri's Cabaret seems to have been remodeled, but again there's never any cars in the parking lot. Any word on that club?
