By my definition, the "girl next door" look means she's not amazingly hot - just really attractive to YOU. I prefer my girls short, curvy, and just chubby enough to be nice and soft no matter where you touch them. In other words, the stripper I described in the thread you saw that in. That's my "girl next door" type - cute and attainable.

By comparison, I have a friend who is an actual model - I wouldn't call her a "girl next door" by any means. She's absurdly leggy, tall (6 feet,) thin, attractive, and way the fuck out of my league (in looks, at least. In personality, she's actually a really sweet person.)

My guess is that's what the stripper meant in OP's story - she'd rather look like a model than "average."

Every guy has his own girl next door. It's a matter of preference. But generally they are cute, wholesome, modest about their beauty, pretty without tons of makeup, sweet, etc. Big boobs generally aren't a typical girl next door look, but to each his own.

I think most of us have a similar definition of the GND and it can probably be defined/described in several ways all/most meaning more or less the same thing.

One way to put-it would be a girl that does not look like a stripper (or any other kind of sex work).

I like extremes – so GND does very little for me – not that I may not find them attractive or cute; but cute for me personally does not get my little Papi hard – I like the beasts/monsters; i.e. big/voluptuous in all the right places; big natural tits; big round ass; wide hips; thick thighs; i.e. looking like a WOMAN and not a “girl”.

There was a girl next door as I was growing up. If I had to pick a woman that might be about the same, it would be Mary Ann.

I always considered the girl next door (GND) look to be a strange thing to look for. As I have moved to various neighborhoods over the years, most of the time I would never consider wanting to pay to see the girl who lived next door dance naked. With the exception of three women who lived next door, two of whom were around the same age as me in the town where I grew up, and the third who was an actual stripper who lived three apartments down from where I lived. I really don't want to see the girl next door.

The three I mentioned above were all blondes. The actual dancer was above average in looks, and definitely did not have the GND vibe going on unless your GND is a low end fashion model. She and I had crossed path a few times when we lived in the same apartment complex, but not once she ever acknowledged knowing who I was in the club, or when we crossed paths where we lived that she had given me some very good lap dances.

Of the other two who I grew up living next two,the first was in the same class as me, and was one of the hottest looking girls in school. Tall blonde, tight firm body, large DD natural tits. Definitely not GND looks, but any dancer who looks like she looked at that time would be very popular in a club. The other was the oldest of three sisters, and was the epitome of what is expected of GND looks. Tall blonde, decent body, cute innocent looking face. So it is possible to find the girl next door looks wise, and I have met a few dancers over the years who were similar to her.

Her sisters on the other hand were both horrible pieces of work. Typical attitude and personality of a ROB, and I can attest that ROB's learn their tricks at a very young age.

I always pictured a girl next door as very cute and approachable, yet welcomed and not seen as a potential rival to other women. Off the top of my head, Lori Laughlin (Full House) and Danica McKellar (Wonder Years) are pretty good examples of the girl next door.

It's weird someone said the girl with D cups was a girl-next-door type. In my high school years in suburban Chicago, there were plenty of girls in my neighborhood. The one who did not fit the girl-next-door type (1) lived next door and (2) had big ones. I suppose I am like PhantomGeek, where I consider the GND to be cute and approachable. One of my CF's comes across as a GND, but you meet her and you see what a dirty little slut she really is.

I like Nina's definition except I don't see how breast size has anything to do with it. The key is sweet, young, innocent, inherently pretty without trying, and you'd never believe she was a stripper until you saw her strip.

I don't know. Phoebe Cates and Kaley Cuoco always struck me as more the cheerleader types than GNDs. For me, Jennifer Jason Leigh was a bit more of the GND in Fast Times.

^I was going to include her as well. Her character has much more of GND personality (younger, sweet, innocent) and Phoebe's character was more sassy. But PHYSICALLY, the pool scene w/ Phoebe is totally GND material because the typical male high schooler was infatuated with her, and to me that scene is iconic GND.

In that film, they both physically fit the mold for GND, young, pretty, thin, etc. I love Phoebe's boobs.

Nina's definition, and several after are close to mine. For me the girl next door is cute, naturally, but can dress up, wear more makeup and look much different. She is approachable, doesn't necessarily think she is very pretty. She's often athletic, cheerleader, gymnast type, sometimes a tomboy in early years. Don't know that there is a specific body type, but I usually think of a petite or medium build with natural breasts, few tattoos or piercings.... And as many have said, just a sweet friendly disposition.
