I've only been to Flight Club Detroit (actually Inkster) a couple times in the last six months, but both times the girls I talked to refused to do standard $30 lap dances. They wouldn't go upstairs at all for less than $200. Is this standard now? Any other clubs doing this? This is a real problem for me, because I find it's important to audition a few girls for a couple dances before committing to that kind of money. These were both busy Fridays after midnight.

I would normally assume ROB. But it happened twice, with the same excuse (management's orders) and same price ($200) mentioned both times. I think I need to avoid Friday nights at this place. I don't normally go here anyway, but if I'm just at the airport for a couple hours it's convenient. The Criket is my current favorite.

Flight Club seems to go through some periodic cycles of price fixing, often initiated by the dancers (less often by management) who are trying to keep prices inflated. Don't be reluctant to say no to an unreasonable price quote. And don't be shy about leaving for a different venue (and tell management why you are taking your business elsewhere).
If you're in the airport area, try Landing Strip, especially during the afternoon shift. Prices are not as cheap as Bogarts and Henry VIII but with a little negotiation they are reasonable and the VIP area is pretty decent.

The only bad visit I have had at phc was on a Saturday night. I got the same rip off tactics. The 200 probably doesn't even include sex they brag about their 800 offers and I'm like yeah right.

Weekends can be like that, I haven't been to Flight Club lately, but there were 2 Russian dancers who thought they were the shit. They were both pretty fine, but demanded a lot of cash. I got some dances from Peaches, the brunette, they were good, but I most certainly did not give her $200.

That's complete bullshit. $200 can and will get you full service in any of Alan's clubs including Flight Club. These girls are probably just more desperate now that it's holiday season and they either want more drug money to party with or most of them are single moms and want to provide Christmas presents. They are all cheap whores there and almost all can be negotiated down to $200 or lower.

Flight Club has a good mix of nationalities. I've met, hot, hot. babes of every ethnic backgrounds there. A certain Negro woman comes to mind, as well as several Asian backgrounds have served me well.

IDK – but I “think” dancers are allowed to set their own prices as part of them being “independent contractors” - especially these days.
w.r.t. prices – I would think it's the dancers banning/colluding together to keep the prices inflated – with so many deep-pockets and out-of-towners hitting FC; they figure they have a chance at getting away w/ it.

$200 included use of a condom, so I assume it's FS, but I did not enquire about the details since I refuse to hire a girl without an audition. Too many bad prior experiences.
Thanks for all the suggestions. Landing Strip used to be one of my favorites, and I like that they'll pick me up at the airport, but the last few times there have not been enough girls to go around. I guess I'll stick to the "sure thing" clubs like Bogart's and H8.

It can also be that in certain clubs where VIP is vere puopular (e.g. many Detroit SCs) that dancers seem to not wanna deal w/ doing lap-dances and just wann do a couple of VIPs and be done for the night vs giving LDs all night long.
This also happens at Tootsies A LOT – where there are dancers that won't give dances and just wanna do VIP for $300 or $400 min (and often more) – there are dancers that will give you ONE lap-dance just so they can pester you THE ENTIRE SONG about doing VIP while giving you a mediocre dance – and if you say no to VIP they won't go past the first song (not that it would be worth-it anyway) – and some dancers @ Tootsies pester you the whole time while doing LDs but will give you multiple LDs even if you say no to VIP.
