However, this video has been revealed to be a parody of sexy Carl's commercials and was never intended to be broadcast as a commercial. The chica caliente going down on that big ol' sausage is Fernanda Romero, a Mexican actress who has appeared in "The Eye", "The Burning Plain", and "Drag Me to Hell", among many others.
