I understand the ideas, but I still don't go along with it. I'm not interested in 'extras' because what it usually means is ejaculation services, like LDK, HJ, BJ, or even a particular way of doing FS.
If I am in an ongoing off the clock relationship with a girl, then some occasional HJ or BJ 'till completion is fine.
But most of the time what I am going to want is only preliminary HJ/BJ. What I will more want to be doing is DFK, DATY, and a much more GFE style of FS.
So when in San Francisco when these sorts of 'extras' were on the menu I have declined. Just not interested in paying money to a girl to do that with me.
And in AMPs, I only go for Happy Ending if that is all there is because the girl has Aunt Flo visiting.
