why do ppl still not get the difference between mileage and extras

  I understand the ideas, but I still don't go along with it. I'm not interested in 'extras' because what it usually means is ejaculation services, like LDK, HJ, BJ, or even a particular way of doing FS.
  
  If I am in an ongoing off the clock relationship with a girl, then some occasional HJ or BJ 'till completion is fine.
  
  But most of the time what I am going to want is only preliminary HJ/BJ. What I will more want to be doing is DFK, DATY, and a much more GFE style of FS.
  
  So when in San Francisco when these sorts of 'extras' were on the menu I have declined. Just not interested in paying money to a girl to do that with me.
  
  And in AMPs, I only go for Happy Ending if that is all there is because the girl has Aunt Flo visiting.
  
  What I am going to always want is GFE, and probably GFE-FS.
  
  Girls have learned to do 'extras" and 'extras' FS by dissociating. They do it in AMPs and they do it in Strip Clubs.
  
  I'm not interested in that.
  
  So it starts when you let the girl sell dances to you.
  
  I don't like that.
  
  Now in the most Deja Vued clip joints in San Francisco, I've turned it around by DATYing dancers. That really does have an effect on them. I really like doing it too.
  
  But what should be the objective in strip clubs, and what I can often make happen in AMPs is a fully GFE encounter which goes to FS.
  
  So I don't go along with the idea of extras. I want to act on the girl, not have her act on me. And I want her to lower her psychological barriers and just let it happen.
  
  I understand that this is asking a great deal, given that she has to deal with strangers all day long. And so I am willing to take time or make multiple visits or whatever it takes. And if she and I don't connect, well okay.
  
  But no matter what, I am not interested in letting a girl sell ejaculation services to me. If is going to go beyond looking, talking, flirting, and some silly horseplay kind of touching, then I want it to be GFE, and then GFE-FS.
