Assuming she is a born and raised Nevadian... I don't see how anyone can grow up there and come out normal - too many things to get into trouble with.
Honestly, I don't think she is that bad. The picture is 8 years later. And she still looks better than about 80% of stripper hoes.
On a serious note I think she looks more than 8 years older than the first pic. But maybe it is also lighting etc.
Regardless, I hope she gets help for the drugs. I'm pro legalization/decriminalization because I think having the government lock you up is worse than just being on drugs. But treating addiction as a disease is something I consider a good idea and ideally people would use alcohol and mane marijuana sparingly if at all and avoid other drugs.
