I scored a couple Viagra and when I used them it was gradual over a 15-30 minute time period before they kicked in. U know you're ready when something as little as adjusting your package gets the blood flowing. Your penis is way more responsive and I was so hard I couldn't come. There is no U.S. generic of Viagra, the company who makes it got another ten years or more for protected rights and to charge huge $ per pill. But thanks to our Canadian neighbors, you can order through their on line pharmacies and get a generic version for a little over $1.50 a pill. You still need your doctors prescription. The pills are made in India and I have used them for 2 years. Look up Canada Pharmacy Online, I think. But as I mentioned in another post before, I needed it with my ex wife, with my DS I have not hardly used it and I see her 2 to 3 nights a week.

Pfizer's patent on Viagra got extended from 2012 until 2020 by the U.S. Patent Office. really fucked the people who's medical/drug coverage does not cover ED meds. But Teva will be allowed to produce a generic in 2017 under a royalty to Pfizer. I expect that royalty to be very high. So I don't expect to see prices on ED meds to drop a whole lot. Pfizer keeps raising the price to soak us while they can. Prices now go from $42-$47 for 1 100mg tablet.
I buy from an Indian pharmacy without a RX for less than $1 a tablet but the quality may not be as good as the real stuff.

Sildenafil citrate stimulates the production of Nitric Oxide which inhibits PDE5. This allows the soft tissues to relax and blood vessels to dilate which in turn makes it very easy for blood to flow to your penis.
I have bought all of mine overseas pretty cheap. Last batch I got from India and I think I got some other stuff including the levitra and cialis from Malaysia. No need for a prescription and if memory serves most of this stuff is made in India anyway. I got some for free one time. It gave me a bad headache. It didn't increase my libido at all. Sleeping with a girl who wanted to have her hand around my dick while she slept made me horny though but she was asleep. Anyway had a decent time after she woke up. It seemed to have only temporary effects and when the headache dissapeared, the other effects did too. In between a splitting headache and making me hot, I never tried it again. 72os, save your money. Yohimbe is one of those "miracle" supplements that is a stimulant, antidepressant, natural Viagra, fat burner and several other things all rolled into one. While it does release epinephrine into your system which acts similar to Nitric Oxide it has nowhere near the same level of effectiveness.
You're better off getting some generic sildenafil citrate from India. It actually works and it'll come out just as cheap or cheaper than all the yohimbe you'll be buying.
All this information is readily available on the internet. Just ASK using any search engine.
