In my experience, the Mississauga/Airport Area clubs are fairly aligned with what you're looking for. Hot women is always a hard request to fill though. It all depends on what you find hot & how high your standards are. I find most of those clubs to have at least a few girls that are my type when I visit. They aren't the cleanest or classiest joints, but you didn't mention that as a consideration. The downtown clubs are substantially classier & cleaner, but don't really match your description. If Toronto means GTA, I'd say the Airport clubs fit the bill. If not, the downtown clubs are a gamble.

I don't really have any experience in Montreal to compare to, I stopped at a club downtown a year ago or so. I had trouble communicating as the dancers I tried to talk to spoke French & gave air dances. I might have been in a tourist trap though, so I wouldn't write off the whole area.

You have 3 options in Toronto:

1. Full service in a dirty or semi-dirty club usually under $200 and no private room - you'll be out in the open.
2. Massage parlor where you can get a handjob or possible oral sex for $180-240 (almost as good as full service) and the girls can approach a 10 on the 1-10 scale.
3. Great escort scene $240-300 hr

Montreal

1. No full service at the clubs downtown but gorgeous dancers and $15 dances
2. Escort scene better and cheaper than Toronto - usually around $180 hr
