A dancer who was sitting with me pulled out her iPhone and started texting. When I asked what she was doing, she said she was texting the DJ to tell him the songs to play when she went on stage. That way she did not have to go up into the DJ booth to give him a song list. She asked me if I wanted her to dance to any special song, and so I asked for "Porn Star Dancing," which they used to play all the time in this club but don't any more. Isn't technology wonderful?

I haven't texted a DJ myself but one of my favorites would text him to pass her in the rotation when I got to the club.

Kinda related, but as a customer it doesn't hurt having a good relationship with the DJ and exchanging numbers. Before you head out to the strip club, text the DJ to find out which girls are working. It saves a wasted trip if the girls suck (not in a good way).
