But I don't think "just paying a hooker for sex" is accurate. For better or worse he does have an emotionally involving relationship with his girl. He mocked me for such ideas, but he has gone much much further than I ever have, especially while I was married.

I have to give JS69 credit here, as it sounds like he has decided to divorce his wife. While I would never want to influence someone one way or the other on that, I do believe that one cannot live by continuing to cheat. One must openly stand up for what one believes in. One must either be faithful or divorce, except for those very few situations where it is agreed to.
