The only worthwhile syrup for pancakes and waffles is pure maple syrup. Everything else is a waste of time and calories.

Pure maple syrup must be an acquired taste. As a kid I grew up on Log Cabin. When I tried real maple syrup as an adult I really didn't care for it. I went back to the fake stuff. I prefer the taste of 'Lite'

I'm a big Southern country boy so pancakes and bacon ain't gonna fill me up. Gotta have some grits and eggs with the burnt toast. After that just chill and play video games until the strip clubs open for the day.
