I have a better idea. Build a combination strip club and senior citizens housing apartment. I'll be ready for such a place in a few years.

He needs to get off his high horse, how long dic he run this strip club and now he decides the place is seedy. The fact he refuses to sell it to someone wanting to build another strip club is just pathetic, this guy is a loser.
Theres tons of senior living places so he is really being a selfish person.
