I use the mobile version so it may be different from the desktop version. Bring down the list. Click on clubs. Find your club. Once you bring up the club you want to review there should be an option to review. I think there is one at the top under club info and another at the bottom of the page of you scroll down.
I'm using a standard desk top and when I pull up the club page, the add a review link is on the right side of the page along with 4 or 5 other links.
If you are using some other device, i understand that it might appear differently. So maybe telling us what you are using may help.
I use both mobile and desktop and it always appears as a blue rectangle to the right of the club. "Add a Review"
