the stupid ass irony of this is that the trucker had to have a drug test inside of 24 hrs even though it clearly wasn't his fault. add in lost wages,longer time away from home, and the time he was detained with no pay, he royally got screwed !
While the arrogant and idiotic cops are obviously fully to blame, as a legal matter it won't surprise me if the club gets successfully sued for allowing them to drive away so drunk.
