How to get it to be high quality GFE, one thing which makes AMPs and AAMPs diffe

One of the things which is always going to be different about the "service level" in AMPs and AAMPs from SCs is that in the former there will be someone coaching the girls, whereas in an SC this will not be there.

In an SC, no one is going to want to be giving advice to the girls. No one is going to want to take the chance that they could be ratted out. No owner is even going to want to admit knowledge of what they do.

In AMPs and AAMPs, there will almost always be someone who is coaching the girls. And the best coaches, the ones most listened to, are going to be girls who do the same work in the same venue themselves. It has to be a girl who is the manager and who has a financial interest beyond her own session fees. She has to be getting something from what the others do. Otherwise they will just be competing with each other.

Usually in an AMP a woman is the manager. In AAMPs, if a woman is not the manager, there will be women doing the overseas recruiting.

One San Francisco born Chinese American boss I was friends with comes to mind. His women would come over here on a 3 or 6 month visa. They would make their money, then they would depart. Sometimes they would do about 3 such stints. This would get them enough money to be fixed in a house and set for life. But the boss would always offer them something else, the chance to be recruiters. And of course the best ones would be recruiting women they already knew well.

One that I was friendly with was recruiting some 26yo's who she had known since childhood. They were somehow part of her family. So she showed them her bank book. Women respond to stuff like this. She was careful to tell them all the ups and downs, and all the details about the service level which was expected. I know that they measured up, as I read their reviews.

I don't think you will ever find this in an SC, someone coaching the girls with an eye to raising the house profits by improving the service level.

Now there was also one man who was coaching the girls in how to provide GFE service, staring with DFKing once they get the guy inside the door, and before asking for the money. But his interest was not in the house profits, it had more to do with sexual politics.
