Have any of you been to Evie's Garden in Syracuse? I understand it's where Valkyrie used to be. I've got a trip to Syracuse coming up and wanted to know how the club and dances are. It seems like the reviews on TUSCL are all for the old Valkyrie. A dancer I know is now working there. I know she's hot, but I have no idea if the club is worth a visit.

last commentTo ask a question about one specific, and little known club here is like asking for help to find a needle in a haystack. You'd be better off to look at the reviews for that club, then message some of the members who have reviewed it. There are only 37 reviews going back ten years, but if you contact some of the more recent reviewers, they may be able to offer help. See: tuscl.net

Thanks, Club_Goer. I was just giving it a shot. But I will message some of the recent reviewers. Good idea.

SC_G, Check this link as well:
stripclublist.com
It appears that the club was known as "Night Lights" at one time. It has the same address as Evie's has now. If you're not familiar with this website, don't rely heavily on anything said there. No registration is required to make comments, so anyone can post anything at anytime. It's full of trolls and hate mongers. I'm from Washington state, and it's list of clubs here, is years out of date. But for Evie's it has comments going back to 2004. You may find something useful.

Oops, I just noticed there is also a listing at the same address under the name, Valkyries, that you mentioned:

That's typical of that website to have a listing for the same club with old and new names, whereas the old name should just be changed, and not begin a new listing under the current name. And maybe a club with more than one name in its history is now closed, and years later that website still shows it as open.

Yeah, the place was Valkyrie--an odd little club--until sometime this past fall. As you suggest, it makes no sense to include reviews of previous clubs that were at the same location. Thanks for the follow-up. That's very cool of you. I owe you one.
