There is a beach bar in Tortola, BVI just west of Cane Garden Bay called the Bomba Shack. It is built basically of driftwood and has been rebuilt a couple of times after storms. There's lots of talk about selling panties over on StripperWeb, usually in the context of niche fetishes rather than at the strip club, but however you slice it, evidently it's a thing.
