How much is a good DJ worth? Do you tip the Minimum regardless of how much you make or do you take good care of your DJ every night? Do you tip your DJ the same as your bartender, manager, valet? On average how many DJ's does your club go through a year? and Why?

I understand that tips for DJ's are part of a dancer's required "tip out," from her earnings for the night. That's all I'm willing to contribute for service that could be easily replaced by a programed CD-player.
$0 and Never. Of course, if the dancer herself chooses the music, that's different. ;-)
On very rare occasions I have tipped the DJ if I want to request a song. But from what I understand they get a pretty good wad of cash from the strippers tip outs, I don't feel the need to give them money unless they go out of their way to help me out (never see that heppening in my lifetime).
