OK almost a month ago I joined because I blew a wad of dough blowing a wad. Now I want to be smart about this. I'd like to get LDKing and Shadow's rates on dances and VIP'S . Where's a good place to start looking for $250 total vips in the east GA SC, and south NC area.

Not Shadow or LDKing, but your best best in the South NC area is OTC. Clubs are not known for extras here, and the few places with a private VIP/Champagne room are more than $250.
You can get what you want for less than $250 at Trophy Club in Greenville, SC. The dancers quote $175 for half hour but I know some of them will negotiate from that. It is not a private champagne room, but it is a separate room and no one has ever bothered me when I've gone there. Of course, you can also go to one of the Godiva clubs in Greenville for less, but I'm not really sure you want to do that.
Mmm...well thanks for the tips. I'll just stick to OTC. Have to set that up first of course. But doesn't seems like it's that's hard.
My experience is limited to Greenville, Columbia, Augusta & Atlanta. For a VIP/Champagne Room visit for 30-60 minutes for $250 of less, you will have to come to Atlanta.
