It is to my understanding most of the clubs in that region close at 1 or 2. Are there any that are open later than that?
I know in many other regions there are dry clubs still open after the bars close. Is there anything like that in RI, MA or CT?

No. During the weeknights, virtually all of the clubs in all 3 states close by 1:00. In CT and MA, some (but not all) of the clubs stay open until 2:00 on the weekends, but the RI clubs all still close at 1:00.
One exception about MA: In Boston proper the clubs can stay open until 2:00 on the weekdays, but there are only 2 clubs in Boston.
