Oh yes one other very important point. Dancer renumeration. Shadowcat knows what the HELL he is talking about when he refuses to pay sticker price. If I could afford sticker price for the dancers, then I would actually like to pay it. I like to see people well rewarded financially and *otherwise* (not everything is all about $$$ even in this country) for doing an excellent job. I've always appreciated any employer rewarding me fairly or generously and I'd LOVE to be able to do the same for dancers.
