OT: Don Knotts. Cool, Coo-el, or COOOO-EL?

Watched "The Incredible Mr. Limpet" last night. Got me thinking about a few things. One of my fave movies 'cos Don Knotts transformed into a fish and KICKED NAZI ASS! Frickin' coo-el.
First, would you have dug having Don Knotts as a wingman? I think the answer is so obvious that the possible answers should be "yep", "fuck yeah", and "HELL YES!!" but you can answer free form.
More importantly, are fish sluts? Lady fish really wanted to take Limpet to the spawning grounds quickly.
And third, would a metal coffee cup really protect a hermit crab from torpedoes? I suspect that part of the Mr. Limpet documentary was embellished.
Finally, was it twisted for Limpet to take Lady fish to meet his human wife?

Don Knotts won 5 Emmy Awards. All for supporting actor in The Andy Griffith. He was made for that role.
