He says he works in a private sector but has shareholders?!?! Aren't publicly traded companies the only ones with shareholders? What is healthy debt? Ones with adequate amounts protein and fiber and lean on fat!?! Think about it...

What are you blabbing about?

plenty of companies have shareholders, you're thinking of being publicly traded.

I'm in private equity but I also own a franchised business. That has shareholders of the S Corp

"Private sector" means non-government, not privately held.
