Prosthetics Instead of Implants

Ever seen the movie "A Dirty Shame"? [view link] Makes me wonder if someday strippers may wear prosthetic boobs and butts along with the "prosthetic hair" (wigs). Obviously the "technology" has a long way to go to make it feasible. I don't think it would be feasible if they took 3 hours to get into or required a highly paid person to put them on properly. Also, they would have to be touchable, to be used anywhere other than the few remaining airdance clubs.
