Why would a stripper call a customer her FRIENDyet REFUSE to see him OUTSIDE

Why would a stripper call a customer her FRIEND yet REFUSE to spend time with that customer OUTSIDE THE CLUB and REFUSE to tell the customer her PHONE NUMBER or even her REAL NAME?

She is misleading the customer in hopes that he will continue to spend money on her. It also an inside joke at strip clubs: strippers call their customers "friends" to each other when it really only means "customers". Perhaps by calling the customer "friend" when it has this inside meaning they can tell themselves they are not lying, but just joking?
