Well it makes sense even though its not available yet. Goggle Glass is a recording device that doesn't give any outside indication when it takes a picture or video.

I saw a bunch of girls once taking pics of their friend on amature night. The bouncer grabed their phones and deleted all the pics and told them not to do that anymore and gave their phones back. I was surprised they didn't kick them out. If it were guys doing that I doubt they would have been allowed to stay
GoogleGlass looks pretty obviously like a camera that clips to you glasses IMO
