Beside often being better looking (way less silicone) waitresses also tend to have much more pleasant personalities and be more down to earth. The most pleasant strippers almost always started off as waitresses.

I have found that in alot of clubs, the barmaid or waitresses are much better looking and well built than most of the dancers. Have had two barmaids offer me dances.
