Out of curiosity. Does anyone know what happens when one props (or flags) a review?
Does the reviewer (or propper) see anything indicating a prop (or a flag) for a review?

last commentYep. I have had some reviews propped and you get to see who propped along with their comments.

Ok, but what about flagging? I've flagged a couple obvious shills. Does the reviewer get to see I've flagged them? Does the review get taken down if it gets enough flags?

Yes the reviewer sees the flags. Founder deceides if the flag warrants deleting it and he has deleted 90% of the ones that I have flagged.

Seeing review props is a bit convoluted. You must go to the club’s TUSCL page and scroll down to the blurbs that have a few words & the reviewers name and follow that link and scroll down to the bottom of the review. It seems that a limited number of blurbs are kept before older ones drop off. After the blurb drops off, apparently there is no way for someone to see the older props except PERHAPS the original reviewer. I don’t know this for sure.
This certainly can allow for someone to claim props for their reviews, but not allow for independent verification if the reviews are too old and the blurbs have dropped off.

If you receive more than 10 props you are asked to do another review.

As Alucard mentioned. Seeing props/flags is a bit convoluted and the prop/flag system may not be working 100% correctly or I am doing something wrong.
I did a test prop with a fellow TUSCLer. The prop did not show up on the review – neither the reviewer nor the propper could see it.
The only way a prop can be seen in the test run we did was if the particular review appears in the snippets section at the end of the club’s TUSCL page. If the review is not in that snippets section, I was unable to see the prop.

Propping reviews is useless.

I PMed Founder w.r.t. the prop/flag feature for reviews and he was kind enough to respond with the following:
“just keep propping and or flagging... we are going to use all those stats soon and they will be more visibleâ€

txtittyfan's financial advice is useless. No wait. Worse than useless. harmful (unless you know to do the opposite).

Papi - That is good to know. I suspect that what he is planning is something on the home page for each club that shows the number of flags and or props for that club and by clicking on them you will be able to read all of them.

IMHO every prop or flag needs to be available. NOT just those within a certain time frame. That will PREVENT False claims.
