It has to be difficult to open a truly new club. Zoning and alcohol permitting obstacles are huge in most places.
Where are there new clubs (not just reopened clubs with new names)?
Thank God! A new strip club in Detroit! The 63 other clubs aren't enough for me.

I've read the thread at Two Sheds now.
There are 2 bars on that corner on the Detroit side. Both were closed, maybe someone bought one. Time will tell.
