Through a friend on Facebook, I discovered that two club managers of a club I visit are in a "domestic partnership" together.
Hmmmm, gotta think about that one.
Pros:
Extremely neat club. Clean bathrooms. Tastefully decorated. Don't have to worry about your ATF sleeping with the manager. An excellent selection of drinks. Lots of cocktails with those pretty little umbrellas.
Cons:
With all the males in the club, there's going to be some catty jealousy. Would tire of every third girl dancing to a set Bohemian Rhapsody and YMCA. Cameras in the VIP would lead to a new level of creepiness. They won't be able to fix the ice machine when it breaks. Your ATF would be his trusted gal-pal confidant and she would try to seduce him. The managers might have the urge to get up on stage and dance the night away. The dancers won't be the only whiny bitches in the club.

Is it any different with a straight manager watching possible sexual activity in the VIP? IMHO if a person in the VIP has a problem with being watched on camera, then it should not be any more creepy no matter what the manager's orientation is. If it is bothersome, then people should refrain from engaging in sexual activity in VIPs with cameras!
